So thrilled to be at school!
Well, today was Keegan's first day of Kindergarten. I've only had a couple of weeks to mentally prepare myself and every time I even thought about it, the tears would start. So I was expecting nothing less than a complete ball session after I dropped him off today. But surprisingly, it didn't happen. Keegan was so excited to start school and already loved his teacher. I dropped him off, watched him march into school like such a big boy, and took off without even shedding a tear. That's it!!! I can't believe it myself. Doug was even surprised by how well I kept it together. I guess I'm going to be okay after all :)

What a sweet boy! He looks so grown up. I think he looks so much like you Mieke! It's great how much kids love school at this age.
Geez I can't believe how grown up he looks and talks in that video!! Hopefully he had fun at school!
What a cutie! He is getting so big. Glad you made it through the first day, it is tough. Now what will you do with all your free time?

congrats Keegan!Meg loved K. Nick had to have his hands pryed off the bus door rail by his mom. He was screaming and Iwas crying! This was after I rode the bus with him the day before. He started HS this year -so I guess there was no lasting trama.Have a great timeat school.Sorry about previous post I need to go back to school!!!
Keegan looked so excited that first day of school. How has the second week gone? I had to give Bailey a crash course in jump roping so she could hang with all the cool jump ropers before school starts, and she is wanting to write letters to all her new friends. So, I am spelling out words to her every morning so she can write her letters. Fun times!! She seems to really like it. Hope Keegan is having a great time also.
